Warranties
ReplacementCases.com is a distributor, not a manufacturer, unless specifically stated otherwise. Some items may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. While we may assist in directing you to warranty information, we are not responsible for warranty disputes or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We may reach out to confirm or clarify details before fulfilling your order. If we cannot reach you, your order may be placed on hold.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is accurate. We’ll send a confirmation email when your order is received.
On Hold Orders
Your order may be placed on hold for the following reasons:
- Unable to verify payment or billing information
- Mismatch between shipping address and payment method
- Declined transaction or fraud warning
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot be verified.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or mishandled by shipping carriers. However, in certain cases, we may offer a replacement shipment after 15 days from the date the carrier confirms the package was lost.
Shipping Information
We ship using USPS, UPS, and other carriers at our discretion. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears.
Please note:
- We only ship within the continental U.S.
- Some items may have restricted shipping methods
- Free shipping items may take up to 7–12 business days
- Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays
- We do not ship or operate on weekends
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address or delivery details. We will assist with any shipping issues to the best of our ability, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have already been processed or charged cannot be canceled. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Refused Shipments / Return to Sender
Refused or returned shipments will be considered as unwanted. A restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Price & Policy Changes
Prices, product availability, and policies are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse orders placed at incorrect prices.
Typographical Errors
ReplacementCases.com is not responsible for typographical errors, outdated pricing, or invalid coupon codes found on third-party websites or forums.
