We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original or equivalent protective packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@replacementcases.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or modified items
  • Items returned without original or proper packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

Refused Packages

Orders returned as “Refused” or “Return to Sender” will be treated as returns and may be subject to a restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost.
